- Housekeeping will enter your suite bi-weekly. During your service, they will change all linens, replace your towels, clean the bathroom and living areas, and refresh your basic amenities such as toilet paper, garbage bags, and facial tissues.
- Housekeeping will be disposing of all your garbage and recycling that is placed in the proper bin.
- Please also be mindful that our team will only clean around your belongings, so to ensure the most effective service, please put as many items as possible away prior. We also ask that you kindly ensure there is no "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door on your housekeeping day.
- Dirty dishes left in the sink will not be washed or loaded. If you load your dishwasher prior to the team will unload it.
The garbage and recycling room is located on P1. All garbage can be disposed of inside the compactor. Please read the signage on each container and separate recycling accordingly. Please note fines can occur for contaminating the containers.
You need to set up a code first. Type in 4 digits followed by the # key. To unlock, type in the same 4 digits, and it will unlock automatically.

All our units have smart TVs and Netflix app is pre-installed. Simply log into your account and remember to log out on your day of departure. Each suite is also equipped with a basic cable package.

We have two types of sofa beds within the property.
- If the cushions are not removable from your sofa, then the bed opens by pulling on the top edge of the backrest and pulling it forward and down. Most of these sofas are in suites on floors 12-19.
- If your sofa has seat cushions that are removable, then you remove those and pull the handle up and forward to pull the sofa bed out.
If you are staying with us for less than one month your sofa bed will already be made with fresh linens, if you are staying with us for an extended period then you can request to have the sofa made up when needed.
