What is check out time?
Check-out time is before 10:00AM. Late check out is subject to availability.
Are there any building rules I need to know?
- Quite hours are between 11PM - 7PM (no loud music, TV, loud talking, visitors, etc.)
- Level is a non-smoking property including all patios and common areas. $500.00 CAD fine for non-compliance
- Pets must always be on a leash when moving through the property. Pets are NOT permitted on the 9th floor
- Please replace the hot tub and pool covers after use
- Overnight visitors must be registered with Guest Services
- Maximum occupancy in suites is 4 people in Level Suite and One Bedroom, and 6 people in Two Bedroom
How do I arrange a parking stall?
Parking can be arranged directly through Guest Services and is subject to a fee
Where are the amenities located?
All amenities are located on the 9th floor.
What do I do in an emergency?
- In case of any major emergency, we recommend calling the local emergency service line (911) or dialing the 'Emergency' button on the in-suite phone. In case of a fire, please follow the emergency exit signs on each elevator floor
- Guest Services are also available 24/7 in the event of a non-urgent emergency to assist
How do I change my reservation?
- If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact Guest Services
- If you booked your reservation through a third-party booking agency (Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), you will need to contact them directly to make any changes
