Please be courteous of neighbors by controlling the volume of televisions, stereos, radios and gatherings in your suite or around the premises. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. Guests are welcome to smoke outside 25ft away from the building doors and anywhere else 10ft away from the building off property in accordance with local ordinance.
- Level is a non-smoking property. Guests are not permitted to smoke in suites, balconies, or common areas. A cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged per occurrence if any signs of smoking are detected.
- The waste and recycling room can be found on each floor, just around the corner from the elevators.
- The ice machine can be found within the Event Space on the second floor.
We are equipped with a comprehensive fire and life safety system. All areas of the building are monitored with smoke alarms, heat detectors and sprinkler systems. In the event of an emergency, the alarms will be activated. Always take the nearest stairwell.
- Please drive up to the flash parking terminal near the parking garage entrance. Pull a ticket to lift the gate and enter. Be aware of and follow the signage for Level Guest Parking when entering.
- Self-Park the vehicle in one of the Level specified stalls or temporary spark in the loading area zone in P1.
- Bring the ticket up to the front desk to obtain a parking pass.
- Please put the parking pass on the rear-view mirror and keep it visible throughout the duration of the stay.
- If you are planning on receiving packages, please contact Guest Services and register your unit with our Hub Lockers.
- When the package is received, you will receive a code via e-mail.
- Proceed to Hub lockers located in the mail room, punch in your code and retrieve your package.
