Are there any building rules I need to know?
- Quiet hours are between 10PM - 7AM (no loud music, loud talking, visitors, etc.)
- Level is a non-smoking property including all patios and common areas. $175.00 CAD fine for non-compliance.
- Pets must always be on a leash when moving through the property. Animal violation cleaning fees are as follows: $200 1st offense, $400 2nd offense and $600 any following offenses.
- Overnight visitors must be registered with Guest Services.
How do I arrange a parking stall?
- Please reach out to our resident services directly at smbresidentservices@onni.com to reserve a parking stall.
What is your emergency protocol?
- In case of any major emergency, we recommend calling the local emergency service line (911) or dialing the 'Emergency' button on the in-suite phone. In case of a fire, please follow the emergency exit signs on each elevator floor.
- Courtesy Patrol is available in the afternoons and overnight to be an added layer of support for a non-urgent emergency. You can contact their dispatch by dialing 213-723-1711 and selecting the “courtesy patrol dispatch” option.
- Guest Services are also available 24/7 in the event of a non-urgent emergency to assist.
How do I change my reservation?
- If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact Guest Services.
- If you make your reservation through a third-party booking agency, you will need to contact them directly to make any changes.
How do I send or accept packages?
- To send a package, please drop off your fully sealed and labeled parcel with our Guest Services team and they will hand it off directly to the courier.
- Packages can be picked up at the front desk at any time during the day with a Guest Services agent.
