Please be courteous of neighbors by controlling the volume of televisions, stereos, radios and gatherings in your suite or around the premises. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Level is a non-smoking property. Guests are not permitted to smoke in suites, balconies or common areas. A cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged per occurrence if any signs of smoking are detected.
We are equipped with a comprehensive fire and life safety system. All areas of the building are monitored with smoke alarms, heat detectors and sprinkler systems. In the event of an emergency, the alarms will be activated. Always take the nearest stairwell.
The fitness center is located on the 4th Floor L Club – the fitness center is only available to registered guests and is open 24 hours a day.
The rooftop pool and the hot tub is located on the 4th floor L Club. Pool hours are 7:00am to 9:00pm. Please adhere to all pool rules posted on pool entry.
