When is the quiet time?
- Please be courteous of neighbors by controlling the volume of televisions, stereos, radios and gatherings in your suite or around the premises. Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Can I smoke on the balcony?
- Level is a non-smoking property. Guests are not permitted to smoke in suites, balconies or common areas. A cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged per occurrence if any signs of smoking are detected.
How much is the parking?
A limited number of guest parking is available onsite on a first come, first serve basis.
- $65 per night (short-term stay)
- $50 per night (long-term stay)
- $40 1-6 hours parking (long-term staying guest)
What is your emergency protocol?
- We are equipped with a comprehensive fire and life safety system. All areas of the building are monitored with smoke alarms, heat detectors and sprinkler systems. In the event of an emergency, the alarms will be activated. Always take the nearest stairwell.
Are there any building rules I need to know?
- Please pick up your packages within 72 hours of delivery. Packages not picked up or delivered after you have checked out will be returned-to-sender
- Please use the handicap door when entering/existing the building with your dog(s). This helps prevent dogs from urinating on the rug in the vestibule between the sliding doors
- All guests must be accompanied by a registered Level resident. Please have visiting guests check in with the Front Desk on arrival
- Building is low-flow water system, please do not flush any wipes down lavatory
