How do I use the stove hood-fan?
Stove hood-fan and light become operational by pulling the hood towards you.
How do I turn on bathroom fans?
Bathroom fans are operated via button on light switch. Upon being turned on, vent opens, and a small silent fan pulls air/moisure out.
Where is the trash chute?
Trash chutes are located in the hallway on each floor.
How do I operate the safe?
- You will find the safe open – in order to close the door, enter your own 4 digit personal code and press # to lock.
- To open – enter the same 4 digit number. The safe will open and the word “OPEN” will appear on the display.
- Kindly remember to leave the safe open upon departure.
How do I request a housekeeping service?
- Bi-weekly housekeeping service is included in your stay. Additional services are available at a fee.
- Please contact Guest Services by dialing 0 to request new or additional amenities for your suite such as towels and linens at no additional costs.
